This service is offered for people without pets or for our Florida snowbirds. Often when houses are left unattended for long periods of time there is a fear of vandalism and if your home is secure. Storms are another big concern in our area with lightning strikes, brush fires, hurricanes, flooding and falling trees. We offer a service to check on the inside and outside of your home on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We check for leaks, flush your toilets, run your faucets (so the seals don’t dry rot). Check your appliances to make sure they are in working order and your AC unit. If you have a pool, we check that you pool is being serviced and pump is working properly. We can be at your home to let exterminators in or any repair company, such as an AC company for yearly service, and will wait while this is being done and also, if you leave a car at the property we can start your car so the battery doesn’t die.

- Faucets will be turned on and off for sinks, tubs and showers
- Flush toilets
- Doors and windows checked to make sure they are closed and locked to make sure there has not been any forced entry or vandalism
- Check for mold, mildew, and signs of interior water leaks
- Inspect electrical panel for tripped circuits
- Check and reset appliance timers after power interruption
- Collect and forward mail
- Check smoke detectors for proper operation
- Inspect for leaks – ceilings, doors, and windows
- Remove unwanted flyers and newspapers
- Visual check for pests, rodents, and insects
- Visual check exterior of home and grounds
- Check on landscape, pool maintenance and pest control contractors
- We will email a report for every inspection with pictures, if necessary
- Lawn care available upon request
- Licensed, bonded, insured and a member in good standing with the North Port Chamber of Commerce
